What personal information about customers does www.rada.net.au gather?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalise and continually
improve your shopping experience at Rada. Here are the

information (with the exception of your credit card details- see "Is it
safe to enter my credit card number online?" below) you enter on our
website such as your name, email and phone number. You can choose not to
provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage
of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such
purposes as responding to your requests, customising future shopping for you,
improving our store, and communicating with you.
- Automatic Information: We receive and store certain
types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many
websites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when
your web browser accesses www.rada.net.au such as your browser type,
IP address and operating system. A number of companies offer utilities
designed to help you visit websites anonymously. Although we will not be

You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which
encrypts all submitted information. Any request for your credit card details
during the check out process will be made only via pages secured with this
encryption. Look for the padlock displayed in the status bar at the
bottom of your web browser window during the check out process.
The credit card information that you supply during the check out process is
neither stored in our system nor viewed by anyone.
The information is transferred immediately and securely to a payment gateway
that simply tells us whether or not the transaction was successful, then
destroys your card information.
